This story is about remote places, and people, of friends and family and inspiration from those living in the Australian bush. It is about creating from the heart with integrity. Using our beautiful native flora, pre-loved clothing and old car parts, each with a story of their own. Of my journey over a decade long in remote Australia's Northern regions, the people I have met and worked with, my experiences in the indigenous arts industry and the colors and inspiration I find in the Australian bush. It is through this experience that I create beautiful one-off pieces of wearable art, culturally appropriate clothing for those visiting or living in remote communities and beautiful original artworks on paper using ethical practices and non-toxic printing methods. It is through my work I hope to bring some of my remote experience to you.
